• Log in to your MP NEET PG registration ID 
• Download your MP NEET PG 2026 allotment letter.
• Visit the allotted college within the given date.
• Carry every required document with you.
• Visit the administration committee for document verification.
• Pay the admission fee on the official portal when the college asks you to pay.
• Submit your original documents and select either yes or no for the upgrade option.
• Admission is done when the portal issues the admission letter.
