The Medical Counselling Committee [MCC] has announced that registration for the NEET UG 2026 stray vacancy round will close today, 14 October 2026, at 4 pm. The stray vacancy round is conducted to fill Medical and Dental seats that remain vacant after the completion of the previous counselling round. Students can visit the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. Only a few hours are left to apply for the remaining undergraduate medical and dental seats under the All India Quota.

Eligibility Criteria for Students

• Age Limit =  Must be born on or before 31 December 2009 for NEET UG 2026, or we can say the student must have completed 17 years of age. 
• Qualification = student must have passed or be appearing in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
• Ineligible = those students who have already joined any seat in any previous round or those who were allotted a seat in round 3

NEET UG 2026 MCC Stray Vacancy Round Registration Fee

The registration fee for All India Quota (AIQ), central universities, AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC, ESIC, etc registration fee for General and EWS candidates is 1000 rupees, and for SC/ST/OBC/PWD is 500 rupees.

• Registration fee is non-refundable
• The security deposit is refundable
